Anyone know anything about Super Favorites?

Hi,

If you’re familiar with Super Favorites, would you happen to know how I can back them up on a USB?

I’m running a Kodi box, not sure what type, if you need that info I can find out, but is it possible to copy and paste it to a usb somehow?
