Live TV stop working

Hi everyone I’m from Australia, hope any one here can help me. I enable Live TV and use IPTV simple, load my channel list… when I used ADLS2+ internet connection, everything work fine. Since I moved to the new house with internet connection NBN, when I clicked to the channels, it keeps loading, nothing play at all. Please help! thanks!
