KODI SUDDENLY STOPS WORKING PROPERLY – REDO

OK…I got rid of all of my add-ons and repositories except YouTube. Hopefully, that one is allowable ( didn’t know the others were not). I am still having the same issues; KODI taking a long time to start up, not able to connect to repository so I can get new “legal” add-ons, cannot open TV shows episode list much less play episodes.
