Kodi Krypton pop-up issue

When I’m watching recorded TV with comskip, I get an annoying pop-up announcing each commercial skip point with the number of minutes. I have comskip output set to txt,edl and vdr. I also have an advanced settings XML with edl in it. How do I stop the pop-ups? All other notifications are disabled.
