I’m a total newbie to this. Whenever I try to play something I get a playback failed and that i should look at the log for more info. I brought my amazon fire stick today and i set it all up with everything. However when I try to play some cartoons for my kids it doesn’t play at all. Nothing plays….I just keep getting the same error no matter what.
