pls help me out kodi 17 unable to connect

hello, i do not no how to put a kodi debug on to this page, i can copy and paste it but it will fill the page.
ive tryied to get this to work and looked around before post this.
i am from uk, ive instailld kodi 17 on my pc windows 7 , 32 bit 2 core.
so this is what happend, i pressed file manager then add soure i tried some URL i get unable to connect.
i removed ISP blocking virgin websafe. , but still unable to connect. (i do not no how to put a kodi debug on to this page, i can copy and paste it but it will fill the page.)
ive tryed some free vpns
i used kodi 16 before and it worked ok.
will not connect to any URL/site all i get is unable to connect.
