Unable to skip chapters in 3D movies - Kodi for PC IOS Football Addons IPTV M3u Sports

I’m running LibreELEC 8 on a RapsberryPi3 and almost everything works perfectly, except skipping chapters (or even +10s / +30s) on all 3D movies.

I turned most of my 3D BluRay collection into ISOs as my non-KODI media player doesn’t support MKV MVC files, but I’ve also made a few of those and it’s the same problem.

If I skip time in any way (Right Cursor, Next Chapter etc.) the video freezes.. sometimes plays 1 or 2 frames then freezes again.

All my movies are on an NAS over Gigabit wired Ethernet via SMB, they play fine except for that one issue.

I’ve got the following cache settings:

Any suggestions? I started a movie recently and went to sleep about 30 minutes in, really want to watch the rest but I’ve no way to get to that point!
