Can’t find Kodi 16.1 for Linux Mint

I’m trying to install Kodi 16.1 on Linux Mint (so that it can share MySQL db with OpenElec). However, I can’t find the package.

I tried the following to add the PPA but after this installation, Kodi 17 was installed not 16.1 as I expected.

sudo apt-get install software-properties-common

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:team-xbmc/ppa

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install xbmc=2:16.1~git20160425.1001-final-0xenial
