In what directory are individual addon settings contained?

I’m looking to copy settings from addons from an old install to a new install. If I copy the folders of the addons in “C:\Users\localusername\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\userdata\addon_data”, will that port the settings from the addons in the old install over to the new install?
