16.1 Jarvis Widgets titan skin

Im currently using the titan skin and would like to lower the widget panel on the horizontal modern big setup. Cant seem to find where to edit it in any of the .xml files. Ive looked through includeshomehorizontal.xml and widgets.xml but am lost. Any helP/ thanks in advance
