Kodi 17 isn’t seeing my C: Drive, please help!!!

Well I have Kodi 17 now, I saved a zip file to my computer. I go into INSTALL FROM ZIP FILE through Kodi and when I go into C: my User account isn’t listed in there anymore. I used to be able to see all my wallpapers, files ect. But now it’s only PUBLIC listed. How do I fix this?
