I have my own little repository.
In that repository I have 1x plugin.video, 1x service and 1 script addon;
The main goal of mine repository is to deliver latest version of the plugin.video.
At the start repo had only that one plugin and the auto-update on the plugin worked flawless (with a force refresh of repo – as Im unsure if I should update repo each time there is new plugin version in it?!)
But now, as the main plugin need both script and service module I have a problem.
Still, Kodi install it without modules and I can run it without them – even when wiki state that Kodi wont run addon without all requires
EDIT: Bonus, When I have Repository installed, and I install Video.Plugin from ZIP it DOES install all imports.

It looks like the change need to also added to addons.xml on repository directory
