I am running MySQL to sync my libraries across multiple devices. I’ve never had an issue before upgrading to Kodi 17. However, now when I try to update library, the movies will scan in about a minute, but my TV shows can take hours… I have tried dropping all databases in mysql and rescanning my library from scratch. However, it still takes forever to scan through my tv shows. This process used to take 2-3 minutes. I thought it was isolated to me, however, my cousin sent me a message asking if I was having this issue because he is also. It doesn’t make a difference whether I try to update on a network connected device, or the PC MySQL is running on.
Anyone have any ideas about something we may be missing here? Anyone else experiencing this?
