Log files not saving

Hi,

I have recently upgraded from v16 to v17b2 using the windows app store.
I have encountered an error on the PVR client and am trying to get my logs… However there are none, so far I have gone to the usual location
/App_data/roaming/kodi/
But the .log files have not been changed since the upgrade… So I deleted those, I have then tried opening and closing kodi – no logs created.
I have then gone into settings and found the debug option and turned it on, which then shows that the location of the log should be as above. I have then tried closing kodi – no logs.
Opening and closing kodi post this change (it keeps the white text showing system info) still no logs.

Has installing from the app store done something to the standard location? Or is it a permissions issue?
