Subtitles Issue

I don’t know if I’m posting this in the right thread if not sorry in advance. I’m having an issue with my subtitles not being displayed as they should, I am currently using Kodi 14.2 – Helix and use a program called Aegisub to make, edit, change, add effect, etc. to subtitles, The issue is they aren’t being displayed properly as they are being displayed in Aegisub I don’t know if it’s a setting I need to change in Kodi or if the way the subtitle is shown in Aegisub are just wrong, during playback in Kodi letters would be higher than others, subtitles with effect, ex. fade, will fade then just pop back up, subtitles that should disappear don’t. I don’t know if that makes any sense at all, but any help would be great I’ve tried using latest version Kodi -17 Krypton.
