no pvr clients

Hi
Can anyone help me,I was trying to set up live tv and messed it up,I closed kodi before I was meant to and now all my PVR clients are gone,I cant uninstall the Israel live addon either.it,s telling me it wont uninstall because isreaelive resolver needs it,I cant find israellive resolver anywhere.Is there a way I can get these back without doing a factory restore as I don’t want to have to start re installing all my addons,I,m using kodi 16.1 on a android QBox.If I install kodi 17 will I get it back or will it still be missing.I don’t want to risk it without advice because if it does,nt work I cant then do the factory restore
