Pulse build, where is it on my Windows Kodi??

Hi folks, new to the forum and kodi. I downloaded kodi to my windows 10 laptop and downloaded the pulse build. The pulse build downloaded successfully but I cant find it, When I had Kodi on my phone, pulse just opened up straight away with movies tv shows etc, that doesnt happen with it on my laptop. Probably something simple Im missing, Any help or guidance would be much appreciated.
