10/ 64bit Kodi 17 addon Migration in Progress

Just download the latest version of Kodi…. again….Having trouble getting beyond “addon Migration in Progress” I have installed and uninstalled a couple of times but the same….. Read a few of the post about this problem but my computer knowledge on the subject is quiet limited. Hopefully it’s there is and easy solution. Enjoyed running Kodi 16 without any problems..
