Sound problems

Help!!!!! I’m having issues with the sound on anything in trying to watch!! I recently got a new phoneand downloaded the new version on it and every time i try to watch something its making a noise that will not stop until i turn my phone off and back on. The noise is like the static noise on a tv when the channel does not get a signal.[/size]
