Kodi 17.1 wont boot up on Firestick

so for some reason my Kodi 17.1 on my Firestick wont boot up. It starts to boot up but then goes back to Amazon home page. I’ve forced stop,cleared cache, cleared data, unplugged and even reinstalled kodi 3 times and it still does the same thing. Anyone have any suggestions?
