Kodi 16.x was working OK on my system.
Uninstalled it, and installed Kodi 17.1 (clean install).
When running Kodi, I hear a sound (like an error sound) every few seconds, and every card of Kodi refreshes, with the focus going to the top. No messages at all on screen.
Kodi 17 and Kodi 17.1 have the same issue.
If I uninstall Kodi 17, and install Kodi 16.1 it works ok again.
Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 32bit
Intel core2 quad core Q9400 @ 2,66 Ghz
2 Gbytes RAM
AMD HD 6450 GPU
Sound via HDMI from Graphics Card to TV.
