No way to install addons with 17.1

I installed Kodi 17.1 yesterday and then installed Aeon Nox. When you click on “system” there is no longer an option for “add-ons” where i can select install from zip file. The only way i found to do it is to go back to estuary and do it then reapply skin. Anyone else notice this?
