Kore/Phone Not Recognized in Windows 8.1 Network.

Kore is recognized on Moto X phone but phone is not showing in Windows 8.1 network. Testing using “ping” command with Windows Command Prompt shows connected yet Windows network doesn’t recognize phone. I’ve entered media center configuration correctly several times but when Tested, says “cannot connect”. I tried this with Yatse app and had exactly the same problem. Is this a Windows networking issue or Confused
