Estuary Homescreen missing File manager

Today I installed the latest release of Kodi (not nightly) coming from version 16.
I would like to keep the Estuary skin but in de Home screen menu I’m missing the item System from the Confluence skin. What I really need is to have the File manager right at the start in the home screen.
Is this possible?
