Kodi not opening after installation

Hello,
I have tried multiple times installing Kodi Krypton latest version. It successfully installs but doesn’t load or open after installation. I am using Windows 7. Previously I was using Kodi Jarvis without any problem. Just wanted to upgrade. Now it’s not working at all.
Please help.
