OMXplayer issues with Audio and 3D playback

I’ve discovered there may be an issue with the way Krypton interacts with OMXPlayer. I found 2 issues, which I posted in another thread, but will review here since I was able to determine root cause. Hopefully this will lead to some answers. This all took place after upgrading to Kodi 17.1, and was present in both OpenELEC and LibreELEC.

[Audio not decoding properly]
1) It is intermittent and not media-source related. It happens on 7.1 and 5.1; movies ripped from DVDs or Blu-Rays. Sometimes the audio will start fine, and then others not, even on the same movie.
2) I can get it to play properly by altering the audio settings during playback. For example, switching audio tracks, or toggling the “stereo upmix” option. Either seems to reset the stream and it begins to work fine.

[3D movies can’t seek/skip]
1) Video freezes on first frame after seek
2) Time display increments, even though no video or audio is playing
3) If movie is stopped and resumed, it resumes from the stop time, not the time of the displayed frame

Again, both of these issues resolve completely by disabling the OMXPlayer acceleration. This is based on my initial testing, which included 6 movies sourced from DVD, BD, and BD3D, as well as a reboot.
