This is an audio setting guide for noobs like me 
After a bit of researches on this forum, I’m posting my audio settings to make DTS audio transcode as DD 5.1 to Sonos sound bar while pass through the other DD AC3 audios.
Sony Android TV
Home menu -> settings -> Sound -> Digital audio out, select Auto 2
(Otherwise, the default Auto 1 will downmix DTS to stereo.)
Kodi v17 Krypton
System, switch to advanced mode
System -> Player Settings -> Videos -> Sync playback to display, Off
System -> system settings -> Audio -> Number of channels, 2.0
Output Configuration, Optimized
Allow pas through, On
DD AC3 receiver, On
DD AC3 transcoding , On
DD EAC3 receiver, On
(The DTS receiver option is no longer available in krypton, but seems like the Auto 2 option in Android system will do the trick)
