My own videos

when I try to create my own video addon from MY HDD, I want to color the word on the addon shortcut when I type [COLOR blue]2015 Videos[/COLOR] it comes out as green, if I do it as [COLOR skyblue]2015 Videos[/COLOR] it come out as skyblue, why is it not coming out as blue.
