View Options

How do you remove the the “List” option from View Options on TV Shows. I’m trying to customize BoB so that all TV shows, episodes, etc.. have the same look. I don’t think BoB has a setting option that allows you to change all Movies or TV shows, to a custom view option like EXODUS does, so I understand that I may have to do it manually by rewriting or deleting code.
