Amazon Firestick Questions

I am a new user to Kodi so I apologize in advance for my non expertise. I have an Amazon Firestick and I am having a few issues. 1. I updated Israelive and now the PAC 12 does not open. How do I delete the add-on? 2. How could I delete all of Israelive and reinstall? 3. Can you delete apps (programs) you don’t want instead of uninstalling them? 4. How do I tell which version of firestick I have? Jarvis, Helix etc… thx
