No Kodi or XBMC file in the Application Support

I have done everything listed in the step by step procedures, but when I go to file manager there is no folder in application support for Kodi or XBMC. I have the listed fault of [Addons27.db] SQL error or missing database in the console app and I can see the previously hidden files, so I know that is working. Also, I have tried viewing the folders in every method from icon to list, etc. I don’t know where to go from here.
