kodi 17+ ass/ssa subtitle renderer is totally broken

ever since version 17 and up…kodi’s not rendering ass subtitles properly with the proper fonts
the fonts are included with the mkv..but its not using them…or reading the subtitle properly
this NEEDS to be fixed…its really annoying for the subtitles to be basically only using arial font for basically everything
this is how its suppose to look

also can we finally give KODI the ability to use the XySubFilter
