Run kodi along other apps

Hello, i’ve set up a HTPC using OpenELEC and raspberry pi 3, however the functionality is limited to a HTPC. I would like to set up kodi on my pi, as well as run some software such as LAMP to host a webserver and maybe turn it into a NAS. Do you think this is possible? Do you know any way i could do this? I am aware that this might reduce the video playback performance of kodi, but i would only use the webserver and NAS for personal use, so no significant workload would impact the performance.
