MOUSE NOT SUPPORTED … WHAT VERSION M I RUNNING.. CANNOT UNINSTALL

help HELP HELP I recently unistalled Jarvis for windows 8.1… and installed Krypton with a build. After that I had no use of the mouse.. red warning label..and I have no ADD Source…or any file manager etc. I have just the preinstalled links. It works somewhat with the laptop keyboard. When I open Kodi it gives me the regular Kodi logo of Jarvis 16 and then quickly switches to another site/ I am at a loss. I have unstalled Kodi and reinstalled both Kodi 16.1 and Krypton… at least 5 times…. with nothing changed. It is still there. Please HELP>>>> I have even done a system restore.. I do not know what happened… I was on the KODI site and perhaps I installed the wrong thing… Obviously… thanks…. Robin
