First of all I’d like to say, that kodi is an absolutely outstanding project. Thank’s to the developers and the community who help to make kodi going on. Forgive me, if this is the wrong place for my questions.
I read carefully https://kodi.tv/article/piracy-box-selle…ling-kodi. As english is not my native language, I’d like to ask for clarification especially for this statement:

I understand it’s o.k. to sell a vanilla Kodi box. Does that mean, it’s also o.k. to pre-install addons with access only to legal sources. I.e. in Germany there’s a addon for the Mediathek, Netzkino, Dzango… To make this absolute clear: only addons/sources which have been proved from a lawyer.
Is it o.k. to name the service of configuring an pre-installing a box with kodi, with another name like kodi? No code would be altered, nor the seller claims to be a part of kodi. But clearly states, that inside the box is a lawyer proofed 100% legal kodi, read this article and learn why it is necessary. As I see there are people who are not able to install kodi i.e. on a raspberry pi. Those people are willing to pay for the hardware and the service of installing kodi, and they want to receive a 100% legal kodi box. Am I right to assume, that i.e. WETEK would be pretty much the same question?
Does this interfear with your ideas/codex?
It would be nice to get a feedback from anybody who feels responsible for my questions.
