Quick hotfix for playback issues (Cleaned up text no jokes) Fix works on any platform

Someone had the bright idea to change lib to Lib so now we have problems!, well not really do this:

Change
Program Files (x86)\Kodi\system\python\Lib

TO

Program Files (x86)\Kodi\system\python\lib

and everything will work, Teacher i want credit for this find Big Grin
