Slight mouse lag/latency Win10

Does everyone have around 0.3 seconds of lag when moving their mouse in KODI? It is moderately annoying, so if there is any way to fix it I would love to know. I just got a new computer and haven’t used KODI in ages, but I don’t recall this being an issue before. No mods added yet, just KODI 17.1 with Aeon Nox running on a decent gaming laptop. Ideas/confirmation? Thanks in advance.
