Have pvr paths changed in Kodi 18?

I was using the following path for a widget in Kodi 17 and it worked fine. It isn’t displaying anything in Kodi 18 though. Any ideas?

Just checked Estuary’s master branch and it’s using the same code. Estuary’s widget isn’t displaying in Kodi 18 for me either.
