Go To Next Channel From Remote in PVR Simple Client

Is there a way to change channels by a keyboard command/remote command? I dont mean entering in the channel. I mean going to the next available channel automatically. I want to use a harmony remote to just press the channel up button to switch to the next channel in the pvr client.
