KODI HTPC Upscaling from HD 1080 to 4K?

Hi Guys,

Am having HTPC with I7 (6700) using KODI, with GTX970, I believe it is possible to do up-scaling from HD 1080 to 4K with KODI?. Kindly educate me a bit on the settings. Many thanks.
