Skin Color Override

I’d Like To See An Option To Override the [COLOR] tag from a skinning prospective. I Think If It Was Set As A Parameter Wherever Colors Are Defined In Xmls (textcolor, shadowcolor, backgroundcolor, focusedcolor, unfocusedcolor, disabledcolor, invalid color, headlinecolor, selectedcolor)
i think that the definitions of where this is appropriately placed should be the responsibility of the skinner. thank you
