Skipping to next chapter crashes kodi.

when playing a video with chapters and i try skipping to the next one kodi crashes. (tried both with surface on and off same result) playing the video normally works fine and goes on to next chapter on its own and seek works fine also. just cant skip ahead to next chapter.
