Kodi doesn’t remember hdd information after unplug

My sony bravia tv updated to 6 adnroid. update give nothing good.
i’m using Kodi with removable hard drive transcend. I have a lot movies/TV series there. Kodi updates information about movies via themviedb.
The problem is that now everytime when i remove hdd and input it i should update information about movies! so i’m ending up having copies of the same movies!
Kodi just doesn’t remember this hdd after i remove them. Can i fix this smehow?
