Crashes when VPN running

Running KODI 17.1 on a Windows 7 machine, also have NORDVPN software on same machine. If I have NORDVPN running KODI keeps crashing right after startup. I get the splash screen but then it crashes. If I don’t have NORDVPN running, everything works perfectly. Here is my kodi.log.
