I have an Amlogic s905, Android TV Box with 4 USB Ports. I have 2 seagate external 2TB HDDs plugged in to the USB ports.
Depending on which drive has the most space, that drive is assigned usbdisk01 (I presume because it reads it quicker at boot) and the other usbdisk02 at boot. It makes no difference which USB port they are plugged into.
My problem is, when the drives are given a different name (so usbdisk01 becomes usbdisk02 and vice versa) it completely screws up my video library in Kodi.
So my question is, can external usb drives be permanently assigned a drive number in android? (Like assigning a drive letter in windows)
