Piracy addon devs are at it again confusing users who and what is official Kodi

Unfortunately it seems at least some of these new “thank you” threads/posts by new members popping up more and more in the official Kodi Community Forum are probably due to them being piracy addon users and they thinking that Kodi facilitate those piracy addons. That is, they are posting here that because some developers/distributers of piracy addons have apparently recently started to ask that users of their piracy addons should drop by their forums (not kodi.tv forum) to give thanks to piracy addon developers.

Trouble is that as developers/distributers of piracy addons still do their best to confuse users to think that their distributions and addons as official Kodi sites/products, and as such some of those users end up finding their way here instead of the forums hold by piracy addon distributors, with those end users thinking they are honoring Team-Kodi and addon developers here by thanking them for the the piracy/illegal addons that they are using.

Just do a google search for “Kodi Addon Developer Appreciation (Visit our Forums to Show Support)” or “Kodi Addon Developer Appreciation (Please Show Your Support)” and you will see what I mean.

Apparently evil piracy masterminds TV Addons are back at their old games and have posted this on almost all social media sites they could think of, but when they write “our forums” and “Kodi Addons Developer” they of course mean their own TV Addons forum and the developers of illegal addons they support, and not the official Kodi Community Forum ( forum.kodi.tv ) and the developers community of legal addons that we find here on kodi.tv

I think this again show that the people behind TVAddons are still trying to deliberately trying to confuse users into thinking that they are officially affiliated with Team-Kodi / XBMC Foundation, as if their site and repos was actually the official distro channel that Team-Kodi / XBMC Foundation use to distribute addons and their sites/forums is what should be used by all Kodi addon developers.

PS: Credits for discovering this goes to trogggy as I first read about it here => http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=314769
