Updated Kodi 16 to 17 and lost all settings…

Hello I’ve updated Kodi 16.0 to 17.0 or 17.1
using
apt-get install kodi
and after kodi start I lost all plugins / settings etc.

But I can see theres plugin etc files in /etc/pi/.kodi/*
