Upgrade from 15.2 to 17.3

Have an AVOV Online+ and wondering how to upgrade from version 15.2 to new 17.3. Can I just download to a memory stick and load through USB or do I need to proceed another way ? Any help appreciated or please point me in the proper direction ? Thanks much ….. Cheers
