Making a build on a android phone

Hi and good evening I was just wondering if anyone could help or give me some advice I would like to make my own build however I do not have a pc I only have my android smartphone and was wondering can I make my own build using this or can I only do it with a pc if I can make my own build using my Android smartphone then how do I do it I would be most grateful for any help and advice
