can’t install can’t write to easyhook32 DLL

I did a fresh start and uninstalled odi 17.1,so I could upgrade to 17.3,Now when I try to install 17.3 I get notification saying: can’t write C:/ program files/kodi/easyhook32.dll.Could someone please help me? I am obviously new to this.Thank you in advance.I am going crazy here Angel Tongue Tongue Tongue Huh Huh Huh
